An absolutely first class installation by George. The system and cameras are brilliant. I have had tweaks to the settings carried out by Damon who knew his stuff. Without a doubt I would recommend this company for CCTV security I’m glad I found them.

Had a couple of cameras fitted last month. Wasn't too happy that the engineers did not have any PPE or practice any social distancing including using my toilet without asking. They also left a lot of mess in my house and did a shoddy job of the fixings. Tried to contact Prime Security several times to complain but cannot get a response to my telephone calls or emails. This company is VERY responsive to sales enquires but it takes over a week to get a call back from technical support and 2 weeks and counting to get a call back from customer service.

Installed HIKVision CCTV - too high up in the eaves to be of any use. All I can see is the top of people's heads. Further the camera's are all password protected and password is not shared - so I cannot upgrade my camera's firmwares or set up motion zones etc. - I'm now going to have to go up and reset them manually. Make sure you get the password to equipment YOU PAY FOR!

Sceptical at first but after they completed the installation, no regrets at all! I asked for a Ring doorbell, CCTV, smart locks to be installed and they did a fantastic job! Price agreed before hand, plan on each installation discussed and job completed to a high standard! Thank you very much!

I needed some assistance today as i changed my router so it needed to be refigured. Damon called me as arranged...he was very patient as there was a lot to do with resetting the system and extender.
